It takes 7 days for our refund and return policy to take effect. We can’t offer you a refund/return or exchange if your purchase has been 7 days since it was made.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received in order to be eligible for a refund. They must be in the original packaging, too.

We're aware of the importance of getting the right product and we want to make sure that every order is dealt with correctly. In the event that you believe you have received an incorrect product, we kindly request that you make a video recording while opening your parcel for the first time. This video evidence will help us to deal with such issues as quickly as possible and ensure a proper resolution of the matter.

Note: Only video evidence of the unboxing process shall be taken into consideration for returns and refunds requests. We are very sorry to inform you that, without this evidence, we will not be able to take back or make refunds for claims relating to the wrong products sold.
